The first ministry event we read about in Mark’s Gospel is Jesus casting an evil spirit out of a man. We then learn that driving out spiritual darkness was primary to Jesus’ mission. But why was this so important to Jesus’ ministry? Is this still an issue today? Could unclean spirits be affecting our lives, families, and nation in ways we don’t fully understand? This week we will look at Jesus power to drive out the darkness and what we can do be free from spiritual attack.
