Right now, in this moment, what is your posture? Are you stressed or calm? Anxious or at peace? How about physically? Are your neck and shoulders tight or relaxed? Is your mind racing or are you taking life as it is? Whether we realize it or not, we live from our posture. And in subtle, and not-so-subtle ways, our heart’s posture determines how we handle life as it comes our way. In our final message of the Christmas series, we will learn from two little-known characters about how to live with a posture of expectancy instead of expectations; two characters named Simeon and Anna.
