Everyone is influenced by someone or something. Everyone has some “god” in their life that directs the way they think and act. Jesus teaches that the person who makes Him Lord and follows His Word will be secure and endure the ups and downs of life. The person who doesn’t will be destroyed—either in this life or the next.
